The hotel is conveniently located near the historic town and just a minute away from del Corso, with friendly staff that ensures a peaceful atmosphere.

Just a 10-minute walk away there was Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station. Overall it was fashionable and huge with balcony and large bathroom. A hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower were a plus.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the room was modern and spacious, with exclusive amenities. the service was outstanding, especially the personal attention of the staff who were always ready to guide and help us. the spa and wellness centre was great, with a sauna and spa lounge. the in-room breakfast had a sufficient selection of food, with complimentary water, tea and Nespresso coffee. The location was perfect too, just outside the historical area which meant no need to carry our luggage through the thousand steps of Matera's Sassi. Cons: the only issue we encountered was the bathroom lighting which made it challenging to put on makeup as there was no makeup mirror. Nevertheless, this was a minor problem in the grand scheme of things.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. the location was perfect, not too far from the city's main attractions and the staff was friendly.
